Usage and pricing logic
The LAUNCH PACKAGE covers up to 1,000 simultaneously active forecast SKUs every quarter, within an agreed customer workspace and data scope. The price of €4,900/year applies if the order is placed within 7 calendar days of sandbox access provision and within the validity period of the launch offer. Sandbox access is deactivated after this decision period expires; a price of €5,900/year applies to any subsequent order for the same basic scope. An individual scope evaluation is conducted for requirements exceeding 1,000 forecast SKUs, monthly or weekly frequencies, additional plants/entities/workspaces, ERP integrations, or more complex scopes. This evaluation assesses the forecast-relevant scope, including the recommended frequency per SKU. Additional features, models, or future premium modules are not automatically included and may be priced separately.

Commercial terms
Annual prices exclude statutory VAT. Initial paid term of 12 months; billed annually in advance. Standard onboarding and standard support are included. Data cleansing, customer-specific mappings, ERP integrations, consulting, custom development, additional add-ons, or premium modules are available only upon separate order. The individual quote/order form, the service description, and the agreed Terms and Conditions are binding.
FAQs
-
How much does PartsOS Forecast cost?
The Launch Package costs €4,900/year for up to 1,000 active Forecast-SKUs with quarterly forecasting, if you decide within 7 days of your demo. After that, the same scope costs €5,900/year.
-
What happens if I have more than 1,000 SKUs?
For more than 1,000 Forecast-SKUs, higher frequencies, multiple plants, or ERP integrations, PartsCloud runs an individual Scope Evaluation and builds a tailored offer — there are no predefined packages beyond the Launch Package.
-
How long do I have to decide after the demo?
After the demo, you get up to 7 calendar days of sandbox preview access. Deciding within that window secures the €4,900/year Launch price.
-
Is ERP integration included in the price?
No. ERP integration isn't part of the Launch Package and is priced individually as part of the Scope Evaluation.
-
How long is the contract with PartsCloud?
The initial contract term is 12 months with annual prepayment, plus statutory VAT.
-
What counts as an "active Forecast-SKU"?
An active Forecast-SKU is a distinct forecast series within the agreed data scope — what counts is the highest simultaneous count within the billing period.
-
Does PartsCloud offer monthly or weekly forecasts?
Yes, as part of an individual Scope Evaluation. The Launch Package itself covers quarterly forecasting; higher frequencies are recommended based on your actual data and priced separately.
-
What happens to our data when the contract ends?
On request, we make your data available for export in a common format (e.g. CSV) within 30 days of contract end. After that, it's deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
-
Are the demand forecasts binding?
No. PartsOS Forecast provides decision support, not a guarantee. Forecasts depend on your data quality as well as market and external factors, and should be reviewed before acting on them.
